What data I process
This site is a static, presentational website with no contact form, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only personal data I process is what you send me directly by e-mail (such as your name, e-mail address and the content of your message) when you contact me via the “Send an e-mail” link.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use tracking cookies or any third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is your chosen page language (technically localStorage, not a cookie) — it is used only so the site opens in the same language on your next visit, and it is never sent anywhere.
Purpose and legal basis
I process personal data from your e-mail on the basis of legitimate interest (handling your enquiry) or pre-contractual negotiations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is kept only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, for a maximum of 5 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by e-mailing rjanotka@lunabyte.sk. If you believe your data is being processed in breach of GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovakia.

I do not share your data with third parties or transfer it outside the EU/EEA, except where required by law.
